How does the 30-day trial work?
Every new workspace starts with full access to all Pro features including Bob. No card required. After 30 days you pick Solo, Pro, or Team. If you don't pick, the workspace drops to a read-mostly state until you upgrade.
Solo, Pro, or Team — which fits?
Solo ($59/mo) for solo MSPs using Bob a few times a day. Pro ($99) when Bob is your primary ops surface — 4× the token pool. Team ($59+$49/user) once you bring in colleagues — same feature stack plus multi-user workspace and a token pool that grows with the team.
What does Team pricing actually mean?
You pay a fixed operator seat ($59/mo — same as Solo) plus $49/mo per additional team member. Two people = $108/mo, three = $157/mo, etc. Annual (2 months free): operator $590/yr + $490/user/yr.
Why does Team require at least 2 users?
Team is built for MSPs that are building a team. The operator seat is identical to Solo — multi-user rights start with the second account. Solo stays the most affordable option for a single user.
What is Bob's token pool on Team?
Each standard user adds 2M tokens to the shared workspace pool. Individual users can be upgraded to the Pro Seat Add-on: 8M tokens + 6 personal AI assessments / mo for +€40/user/mo. Manage under Billing → Seat Management.
What are AI assessments with Bob?
Bob conducts full IT Assessments as a guided conversation — asks the questions, aggregates the answers, generates a finished report. Solo: 3/mo. Pro: 6/mo. Team: 10/mo. Form-based assessments (no Bob) are unlimited on all plans.
What's BYO-key?
Bring-your-own Anthropic API key. Drop your key under Settings → AI and Bob's calls go directly via your Anthropic contract — no MSPercury cap, you pay only what Anthropic charges you. Available on every tier including Free.
Can I switch between plans?
Yes, anytime under /billing → Change plan. Stripe pro-rates the difference. Data + config stays intact. Downgrade also works without data loss — access scopes to the target tier.
Backups + data export?
Daily Hetzner server backups + per-tenant off-site tarballs. Data export anytime under Settings → Data Export.
GDPR + DPA?
MSPercury is operated by IT Systeme Flores UG (Bergisch Gladbach, Germany). Servers in Hetzner Germany. DPA at /legal/dpa. Anthropic is a sub-processor.
