Pro features without the team tax

We split MSPercury Pro in two. Solo MSPs get every Pro feature for €29/mo. Multi-user workspaces add the seat layer at €49/mo. Free stays free. Four currencies, no paywall games.

Until last week, MSPercury had two doors: Free and Pro. Pro unlocked every advanced feature for €49/month — same price whether you were a one-person operation or a five-person shop. That was fine for a public beta. It stops being fine the moment a solo MSP asks the obvious question: “I’m the only user, why am I paying team-tier money?”

Fair question. Here’s the new layout.

Three tiers, two doors into Pro

  • Free stays free, forever. Same caps it had yesterday — 1 CheckUp / month, top-20 findings read-only, one public-checkup slug, single-user. The Founding-100 cohort stays permanently free. No asterisk.
  • Solo is new. €29 / $29 / CA$39 / MX$549 per month. Every Pro feature unlocked — unlimited CheckUps, full CRM, custom branding, AI with your own key, Stripe-direct billing, multiple public-checkup slugs, advanced reporting, marketplace access, API. The only ceiling: you, one operator.
  • Team is what Pro used to be. €49 / $49 / CA$65 / MX$929 per month. Solo plus the multi-user workspace — invite operators, share customers and quotes, role-based access, per-actor audit trail.

Two doors, one promise: the upgrade from Solo to Team buys you seats, not features.

What got paywalled — and what didn’t

This is the part where pricing rewrites quietly downgrade features. We didn’t.

  • Nothing moved from Free into a paid tier. The Free feature line is identical to yesterday’s Free-vs-Pro line.
  • Nothing got carved out of Solo to make Team look fatter. Team is literally Solo + multi-user. No “advanced reporting is Team-only” trick. No “AI BYO key requires Team.”
  • Nothing got cheaper for us to gate harder. The Solo price is a price drop for solo MSPs, not a feature cull.

If you can list it under Pro yesterday, you can list it under Solo today.

Why MXN

We’ve shipped EUR, USD, and CAD since launch. MXN is new today — €29 lands at MX$549, €49 at MX$929. A real chunk of our inbound is from operators serving Mexican clients who’d rather pay in pesos than chase FX volatility on every monthly statement. Stripe handles the rest. If you’re in a currency we don’t list yet, the EUR plan works fine cross-border — tell us and we’ll add more rails as the demand shows up.

You’re already on Team. Don’t lift a finger.

If you were on the legacy €49 / $49 / CA$65 Pro plan, you’re now on Team. Same features, same price, same Stripe subscription ID. Grandfathered, no migration, no email asking you to “confirm your plan.” You log in tomorrow and everything is where you left it.

If you’d rather move down to Solo because you’re actually a one-person shop and you were paying for seats you don’t use:

  1. Open /billing → “Manage in Stripe Customer Portal.”
  2. Pick Solo in your billing currency.
  3. Stripe pro-rates the difference and applies it as account credit.

That’s it. No support ticket, no “talk to sales,” no 30-day waiting period. We don’t think “downgrade is a support ticket” is a respectful billing experience, so we built the portal flow as one-click from day one.

The promise behind the tiers

We’ve said this before and the new pricing doesn’t change it:

  • Built on Hetzner Germany. GDPR-compliant by default.
  • No VC. No growth-hacked free trial that hides a credit-card capture.
  • No “Enterprise — talk to sales” tier. The pricing page is the pricing.
  • Founding-100 cohort stays permanently free. We’re tracking the count publicly.
  • Every AI feature still runs on your Anthropic / OpenAI key — no token markup, no vendor lock-in. The Solo tier doesn’t change that. The Team tier doesn’t change that.

Three tiers, four currencies, no paywall games. If you’ve been waiting for a Pro tier that doesn’t penalize solo operators, Solo is live now at /pricing or you can sign up directly. If you’re already on Pro, you’re already on Team, and the only thing you need to do is keep using the product.
